Week 14: 32km + City To Surf …. I did THAT!

Last week was a sensational effort … The Saturday long run was 30K starting from Milsons Point under the bridge. However the last three quarters was on ‘new territory’ running through Mosman, Cremone Point to Sirrus Cove. Stunning views! But I was not prepared and did not print a map! So a group of us took a wrong turn! And ran an extra 2k. So that made for a 32k run in 3hrs 23min!

Sunday was the City To Surf, last year I loved it and this year was no different … I ran it out nice and slow and steady with my Captain from Cantoo, Stu. Finsihed 6 min better than last year with a time of 79min 06sec.  Visit City To Surf  to check me out crossing the Finish line! I was pretty happy.

Over the weekend I ran 46km that is the Marathon and some more so now I am mentally prepared. I can do it and I will do it!
